I had a light hit on the bumper of my Land Rover. They replaced the entire bumper. They did miss torque on a bracket bolt. I had a very small but annoying rattle. I reached out and to my surprise they did not stop until they located it. They fixed the rattle rather than just saying it’s a high mileage car. The service and patient understanding they offered was unbelievable.
